Ed Duffy, ABR SRES

Ed is a very supportive husband who has stepped back from NYRELC.  On a limited basis, Ed balances the books and is the liaison with New York State.

 Ed graduated from Marist College in 1969 with a degree in mathematics .  He is a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Color Corp for the 4th Degree of the K of C. 

Ed likes to refer to himself as the Man behind the Woman.

Kathi Duffy ABR, SRES, CRB; CEO

Kathi has been married for 38 years and has lived in Dutchess County all of her married life.  Kathi has been in Real Estate since 1986. Kathi became a CRB. in 1992 when she finished first in her class nationally.  Kathi started writing Continuing Education Courses for the State of New York in 1993. Kathi received her teaching certification in 1993 and has had eleven successful years teaching Real Estate.  Kathi opened the New York Real Estate Learning Center in 1997 and has a 100% passing record.  Kathi was the top salesperson for Dutchess County in 1991.  Kathi started Agent training in 1999 with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Kathi has successfully completed New York State approved Valuation and Appraisal Courses.  Kathi has won several national marketing awards.  Kathi received her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representation) in 2004 and her SRES in 2007.  The New York Real Estate Learning Center, Inc. offers the Designation courses from the National Association of Realtors and electives to our clients as well. Kathi is an internationally approved instructor for New York State, NAR, WCR, SRES and REBAC.
