This course makes up the difference between the old 45 hour salesperson’s
qualifying and the new 75 hour course which the state mandated as of July 1,
2008. If you are interested in
becoming a Broker or Broker Associate and you have previously taken the 45
hour qualifying course to become a salesperson, this is the course that you
need to comply with the 120 hour educational requirement effective July 1,
2008 in addition to the 45 hour Broker qualifying course.
The textbook is included with the tuition for the course.
This course is also approved by NYS DOS for
continuing education credit for real estate licensees, BUT does not meet the
3.0 hour fair housing requirement.
