Fair Housing Description

This is an approved course for the New York State requirement of at least 3 hours of your 22.5 hour total of continuing education need to be on Fair Housing and/or discrimination.  Fair Housing law in New York has a fascinating history that can be applied to your real estate life today.  Court rulings have twists and turns and many people still think the old laws still apply.  Interaction in the classroom is encouraged and real life examples are explored.  You will walk away saying “Wow, I didn’t know that” and feel like you contributed to the day.
