New York Real Estate Learning Center, Inc  (NYRELC) has been offering quality real estate education in the Hudson Valley since 1997.  We are a New York State approved school for offering the Real Estate Salesperson course, the Real Estate Brokers course and Real Estate Continuing Education courses.  We have been selected to offer the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representation courses and electives which are the foundation to receive the ABR designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).   The Women's Council of Realtor's has approved NYRELC to offer their program of courses which lead to achieving the Power Management Network (PMN) designation, this replaces the former Leadership Training Graduate (LTG) designation.  We are dedicated to quality instruction and limit our class size to achieve that end.  The strength of our programs lies in our instructor, Kathi Duffy, ABR, CRB.  Kathi started her real estate career in the early 80s and worked and studied her way to becoming a top agent in Dutchess County.  She learned and trained with national trainers and in 1991 she received the Realtors’ highest designation of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).  She has taught at Marist and Dutchess Colleges and brings a wealth of knowledge and day to day examples to her real estate school which she operates with her husband Ed.
