  •  Successful completion of the 75 hour Qualifying Course requires at least 90% attendance (67.5 hrs) and passing the school final exam (70%).

NYS Department of State (DOS) Licensing Requirements
For Real Estate Sales Person

 The Department of State, Division of Licensing Services requires five things of you before you can be licensed to sell Real Estate in New York State
 

1)     That you attend 90% of the class time of 75 hours. (67.5 hrs)

2)     That you pass the final exam given by us.

3)     That you pass the New York State exam.

4)     That you affiliate yourself with a broker and work under their supervision.

5)     No felony convictions.

 
Information on the New York State exam will be given to you during the class.  The textbook is included with the tuition for the course.    Should you have any questions please feel free to call us or write them down and bring them to class.
 

Please plan on bringing your lunch and two snacks.  We provide the coffee, tea and soda.

 

You should pick up your textbook from us before the first day of class so you can get a head start on the reading involved.
