Course fee is $360 text included.
 
This 45 hour course is approved for continuing education and the 45 hour educational requirement for licensing as a Real Estate Broker. Successful completion of the course requires 90% attendance (40.5 hours) and passing grade on the school’s final exam (70%).

  Real Estate Investments
  General Business Law
  Construction & Development
  Conveyance of Real Property
 
Title Closing & Costs

NYS Department of State (DOS) Licensing Requirements
For Real Estate Brokers

To become a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State the following conditions must be met:

 

1)

be at least 19 years of age

 

2)

have no felony convictions

 

3)

be a citizen or permanent resident of USA

 

4)

have one full year experience as a licensed real estate salesperson or two years comparable experience.

 

5)

complete both salesperson and broker courses (total 90 hours)

 

6)

pass the NYS DOS Broker's Exam.
